Equipment Features

The running saw R1200 is a device that cuts flat materials such as acrylic, wood, bakelite, and carbon panels used in various industrial fields to the desired size using a circular saw.
8~12 inch circular saw blades are used, and the height of the blade, forward and backward can be finely adjusted, and stable and precise processing of materials is possible by adopting 2 early blades and 3 cylinders.
Positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm is realized by using LM guide and Ballscrew, and sufficient safety devices such as Mat switch and area sensor are adopted for the safety of workers.
